About the Project:
Sporta — a mobile app for sports fans that brings together news, videos, match schedules, and live scores. Users select their favorite teams and leagues to get a personalized feed and follow what matters to them.
The app lets users explore match statistics, league standings, and playoff brackets, read articles, and watch videos. Sporta brings it all together in one place, helping fans keep up with everything from the latest headlines to their favorite team’s performance.
My Role:
I led the end-to-end development of the Flutter application, from the initial architecture to production releases on the App Store and Google Play in under six months. I took full ownership of the mobile frontend architecture, technical decisions, and engineering delivery, and coordinated development tasks across a two-engineer Flutter team.
I designed and implemented a scalable feature architecture with a clear separation between data, domain, and presentation layers. I integrated REST APIs, real-time updates via WebSocket, and push notifications, and built complex interfaces for sports content.
I collaborated with backend engineers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
